It's okay. You don't need to do anything special to be worthy of love and respect. You are an amazing and beautiful person just by being yourself. The chance of your specific combination of genes occurring is almost infinitely small: you are a unique miracle of nature. And so is everyone else, so treat them with the same respect. You can be whoever you want to be, do whatever you want to do, so long as you don't hurt others. Love yourself, love others. Spread empathy and kindness wherever you go.

Those who deal in judgments, those who bring harm onto others, are harming only themselves. For we are all one. Pity them. Be patient with them. They just aren't quite there yet. Show them the path if you can. But most of all, do not let their judgments affect how you feel about yourself. Do not let their misdeeds haunt you. Those things belong to them, not to you. They are their ugly furniture, not yours. In time, they will get rid of it. Maybe in this lifetime, maybe later.

You are powerful. You are worthy. You are loved. And this love - it's not like an object you can possess. It is everywhere, coursing through all of humanity, all of nature. Embrace it and become one with creation. You are everything, and everything is you. Which face will you wear today? Will you bring sadness, or joy?
